Speaking of dirty...Saturday night DH and I had our first bow-chicka-wow-wow session post band... Pretty pain-free where the surgery is concerned. I'm still having some pain on the right side where one of my incisions is, but other than that it was ALL SYSTEMS GO! And go they did. wink wink, nudge nudge. ;)
Still thinking of a name for my band. Erika thought my band sounded like a Trixie, but do all bands really need to be named after strippers?!? LOL, jk dear E! Truth be told, Trixie sounds a little too much like my real name...so maybe we'll just continue to call it "She, who must not be named." Shout out, HP!
Had an interesting food day today. Just thought I would share.
-1 slimfast shake for breakfast
-1 string cheese
-Healthy Choice frozen meal crap, Sesame Chicken or something like that for lunch.
-Zone protein bar for a snack.
-Sunflower seeds for another snack
-For dinner I had a half of a small baked potato, some panko fried homegrown (not from my home mind you) zucchini, and some snow crab legs.
Not too bad. Hey, it was better than a day of Devil-Food (aka fast food).
Oh, I almost forgot!!
Because I'm a proud mom....
I can feel my port when I put my hand on my belly and walk. It's in the center of my stomach about 4 inches above my belly button. I was banded the day before you - my goal is also 130!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful kiddos - they make all this worth it. My son is 7 and I'm glad he won't have to be a kid with fat mom. He's too young to be aware of it now - but I never want him to be teased or embarrassed because of me. I'm sure I will embarrass him - but it won't be because of my weight :)
Mine is about an inch 1/2 above the biggest incision and to the left. I have found that if I stand up suck in and lean my shoulders slightly back, I can feel it. Beautiful girls BTW.

ReplyDeleteMuch better food day. Keep that up. I tried hard yesterday but it ended in disaster when I ate a Spicey McChiken, small fry, and a Mocha Frap from the devil that is McD's. All because of that damn free coupon.
